How to fight a damage charge from Avis

1. Accepted LDW? You shouldn't owe for damage

Avis says if you accepted Avis LDW coverage and there is no breach of contract, you will not be responsible for the damages.

What to do: Check your rental agreement for LDW. If you didn't take it, ask Avis for dated photos, the repair estimate and an itemized bill.
