It applies to Users of the Service and to individuals whose information Users submit so that we can act on their behalf.

Information you provide: account details (name, email, phone, password); case facts (Vendor name, amounts, dates, account numbers, reference IDs, prior contacts); documents and screenshots; payment information (processed by our payment processor); and any other content you submit.
Communications data: recordings, transcripts, message contents, metadata, and outcomes of calls, SMS, emails, and chats conducted through the Service.
Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, log data, usage events, cookies, and similar identifiers.
From third parties: data from Vendors, telecom carriers, identity-verification providers, and our service providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Service; (b) act on your behalf with Vendors; (c) process payments and contingency fees; (d) authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; (e) comply with law and enforce our Terms; (f) communicate with you about your account, cases, and product updates; and (g) develop, train, evaluate, and improve our AI models and Service quality, including using de-identified or aggregated data.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with: (a) Vendors and their representatives when acting on your behalf; (b) service providers that host infrastructure, send communications, power AI and voice components, process payments, and provide analytics and customer support; (c) affiliates; (d) authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property; and (e) successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
5. Call Recording
Calls placed or received through the Service may be recorded and transcribed. Where applicable law requires notice or consent, we will provide notice at the start of the call. By using the Service you consent to such recording and transcription.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may impair functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings and transcripts may be retained for an extended period for compliance, dispute, and model-quality purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@samuraifox.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. International Users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
