Limited Communications Authorization
By submitting a case, you grant Samurai Fox, Inc. ("Samurai Fox") and its AI agents, employees, contractors, and service providers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive authorization to act as your communications agent solely for the purpose of contacting the Vendor identified in that case and pursuing the outcome you have described.
What This Authorization Covers
- Placing and receiving phone calls, SMS messages, emails, and chat messages identifying you as the account holder.
- Stating the facts you have provided and answering routine verification questions using information you have submitted.
- Requesting refunds, credits, cancellations, retention offers, fee waivers, replacements, escalations, supervisor transfers, and similar remedies.
- Negotiating within the parameters you set (e.g., minimum acceptable resolution, willingness to cancel).
- Recording, storing, and transcribing communications to the extent permitted by law.
What This Authorization Does NOT Cover
- Practicing law, providing legal advice, or appearing before a court, agency, or arbitrator.
- Providing financial, tax, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.
- Entering settlements that release claims beyond the specific case you submitted, without your confirmation.
- Engaging in debt collection, credit repair, or other regulated services.
Your Representations
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the account holder or otherwise authorized to act with respect to the account, transaction, or matter at issue; (b) all information you submit is true and complete; (c) your claim is asserted in good faith; and (d) you have not authorized another agent to pursue the same matter in a way that conflicts with our actions.
Revocation
You may revoke this authorization at any time by closing the case in your dashboard or emailing support@samuraifox.ai. Revocation takes effect prospectively and does not undo communications already made or fees already earned.

Samurai Fox is not a law firm, attorney, accountant, financial advisor, tax preparer, or licensed professional. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, or tax advice and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.
