How to get your money back from Boost Mobile
Follow the steps yourself for free. Sam isn't open to the public yet — join the waitlist and we'll invite you when a spot opens.
1. Not happy in the first 30 days? Ask for a refund
Boost says if you're not enjoying the service during your first 30 days, you can reach out to Boost Customer Care to initiate a refund.

2. Request it within 30 days of account creation
Boost lists requesting the refund with customer care within 30 days of account creation as one of the conditions for a full refund, including taxes and fees.
What to do: Boost lists other conditions on the same page (new account, number transfer, Autopay). Check them against your account.
