How to return a Cricket phone and get a refund

1. Online orders: ask within 7 days of delivery

Cricket says return requests for online device and SIM kit purchases must be made within seven days of order delivery, by mail with a prepaid label.

2. Approved returns are refunded in 10 business days

Cricket says that if your return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days of receipt to the original payment method.
