How to get a refund from JetBlue

1. If JetBlue impacted your trip, you can get your money back
JetBlue says if it impacted your trip, you may give up the impacted flight and receive a refund to the original form of payment.
2. Seats, bags and extras go back to your card
JetBlue says seats, bags, and extras are refunded to the original form of payment.
What to do: Add up everything you paid for — not just the fare — before you ask.
