1. Outages of 2+ hours qualify for a credit

Spectrum's own customer notice says it provides a proportionate credit for qualifying outages of two or more consecutive hours, unless the outage was beyond its reasonable control or caused by you.

2. Report it, then ask within 60 days

The credit applies after the outage is reported and you've asked for it within 60 days after the outage ends. Don't wait for it to show up on its own.
