How to return a Visible phone and get your refund

1. Return the phone within 14 days

Visible says you must return a wireless device within 14 days of purchase, and that returning it does not end your service.

2. Keep proof of shipment

Visible says it can't process claims or refunds for lost or missing returns, and recommends keeping a copy of your shipping label as proof.
