How to get a credit on your Xfinity bill

Follow the steps yourself for free. Sam isn't open to the public yet — join the waitlist and we'll invite you when a spot opens.

1. Ask for a credit through Xfinity Assistant

Xfinity says you may be able to request a credit for installation fees, in-home service visit fees, service outages, and video or rental purchases.

2. Turned down? Xfinity hands you to a person

Xfinity says if your request doesn't qualify, the assistant gives the reason and transfers you to an agent. That agent is who you negotiate with.
